I have been involved in prepping and survival since the 80's in an on and off way to be honest.
When working for the Royal observer corps as an N.C.O. instructor I specialised in the Effects of Nuclear Weapons, as such I was well aware of the need to Prep to survive.
I was also a North Yorkshire County Council Community Defence Advisor for four years as well as a member of the Institue of civil defence giving me M.I.C.D. after my name.
And barring the 9 years I spent abroad I have tried to prep since then and especially since I now have a family.

My show is aimed at the UK prepper and survivalist In a hope that I can generate interest and more involvement in prepping in general.
This blog is a result for a voicemail to my show from "Tom in Kent" who said I should have a blog.
Well thanks Tom you are of course correct mate.
I intend to use this blog to carry my radio show content as well as other items and subjects that I feel will be of interest and value to preppers and survivalists alike.
